Thursday: GDP, Unemployment Claims

o At 8:30 AM ET, Gross Domestic Product, 2nd quarter 2022 (second estimate). The consensus is that real GDP decreased 0.8% annualized in Q2, up from the advance estimate of -0.9% in Q2.

o Also at 8:30 AM, The initial weekly unemployment claims report will be released. The consensus is for an increase to 253 thousand from 250 thousand last week.

o At 11:00 AM, the Kansas City Fed manufacturing survey for August.
